Below are December’s Family of Faith Activity Sheets.
The first one is for grades 1-4.
The second one is for grades 5-8.
The third one is for grades 9-11.
Faith Formation Classes
At this time, our Faith Formation classes are online as recommended by the Diocese of Green Bay. Registrations are accepted at any time.
~ Enhanced Programming This Year ~
- Monthly Activity
Complete an activity meant to initiate positive parent and child conversations. Activity sheets are completed and submitted. Students are eligible for prizes!
- Participate in two informal parent and child faith meetings with the director of faith formation.
- Participate in annual faith formation parent night.

Two registrations are needed. One is for class and one is for sacrament preparation.

In online weekly Faith Formation classes, students will need to read a six-page faith-focused
booklet, watch a digital video, complete an assignment each week, complete a family
monthly activity, attend two (informal) faith-discussion meetings with the director of
faith formation, and participate in the annual faith formation parents’ night.

No child will be denied participation in faith formation classes based on ability to pay. Scholarships are available if needed.
