“We must create a ‘culture of encounter’
a culture of friendship,
a culture in which we find brothers and sisters.”
~Pope Francis

We look forward to your input and especially to how we, as St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, can offer our insights for our parish and the universal church. The results of this survey will be sent to Rome. We encourage you to share this questionnaire with other family members, including those who no longer feel a connection to the Catholic church. We want your voices and hearts to be heard!

After answering the below questions, click “Submit” and wait for your survey to process and the screen to return to the original screen. If successful, there will be a confirmation message in purple font toward the bottom of the screen. Thank you.
