Ecumenical Partnership for Housing
Since 1992, EPH (Ecumenical Partnership for Housing, Inc) has been a faith-based, privately funded, charitable landlord of families with children. EPH has a passion for, and success in, guiding these families back to self-sufficiency. We now own or manage 22 family homes in quiet neighborhoods in the Green Bay area that serve as transitional housing for families in need who stay an average of 9-15 months. More than 500 families, or 1800 adults and children have been served by EPH. Those families have changed their lives with classes in parenting skills, education, budgeting, and assistance getting steady employment – breaking a tragic cycle of homelessness and poverty. The Salvation Army, along with Catholic Services, provides family support, mentoring, and case management.
EPH is owned by 20 Partnership Churches, and run by an all volunteer board of directors. Each home is managed by a member church through House Coordinators, who are responsible for furnishing, light maintenance, and cleaning homes during family moves, which requires dozens of volunteers. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton manages the Martha Home.
