The worst feature of modern life is our failure to believe in beauty. Beauty is life-affirming and life-giving. Removing beauty is a retraction of life.
The presentation will take place over three evenings on March 16, 17, and 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Come to one, two, or all of the presentations according to your schedule.
All are invited; you do not need to be a parishioner to attend. Free event. No need to RSVP.
Fr. Jim Neilson, O. Praem, a Norbertine Priest and Assistant Professor of Art at St. Norbert College will be our presenter. Fr. Jim lectures across the country on topics related to art and spirituality. Fr. Jim is an artist himself – taking 1st place and best in show awards at the 62nd Art Annual Exhibition in 2006, and at the 66th Annual Art Exhibition in 2010.
