Advent Wreath-Making Project

November 29 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

$5

How do you keep Christ in Christmas? An Advent wreath helps us celebrate the real reason for the Christmas season. The wreath symbolizes life without end made possible through Jesus Christ’s coming at Christmas. There are four candles around the wreath – each has a special meaning. Advent starts on November 29 when the first candle is lit. The following Sunday both the first and second candles are lit. This continues with each subsequent week.

Make your own Advent wreath. Supplies provided include circular garland with outdoor, decorative accessories and candles. Suggested donation $5. One wreath per family. You can take an Advent Wreath activity bag and make your wreath at home or join us on November 29 after the 10:30am Mass in our social hall. All are invited to participate.
