Advent Reconciliation Service

During Advent we wait in joyful hope and prepare to receive Jesus more fully into our hearts. In this sacrament, we are granted forgiveness and the grace to live a renewed life.

At this service, we will listen to God’s word, pray the Act of Contrition, individually confess our sins to one of the priests available, and conclude with a prayer and song.

If it’s been a while since your last confession, don’t let that stop you from coming. You don’t need to memorize anything.  The priest will guide you through the process.  And there are how-to-go-to-confession informational flyers outside the main confessional and in the brochure racks in the hospitality area that you can bring along with you if that makes you more comfortable.
